Managing Member

Sean Dalle founded Datum Commercial Contracting in 2016 in Austin, Texas. With over 30 years of construction experience Sean brings a hands-on commitment to excellence to every aspect of Datum operations and our client’s needs. He insists on maintaining transparency and integrity throughout Datum.

Additionally, Sean is responsible for overseeing business development and all project managers, project coordinators and superintendents to guarantee a high quality end result.

Blake Bennett has extensive experience in the construction industry, with over 10 years in project management and construction management. Blake’s commitment to completing successful projects on time and safely makes him stand out as an exceptional Project Executive.

Blake manages all aspects of projects, including project budget, client relationships, subcontractor relationships and maintaining jobsite essentials with a focus on quality and schedule management.

Nathan Keenan has over 20 years of experience in commercial construction as a superintendent and project manager. He is now the Director of Field Operations and is dedicated to producing high caliber projects that exceed our clients expectations.

Nathan oversees the management of operations for projects, ensuring that each project’s team is driving efficiency, quality control, budgeting and delivering a project of the highest caliber
